Picnic Food
For all of you who are thinking about what to pack for your picnic we just got this list of items that the folks from Ecologic Nursery will be selling out of the back of their truck on Friday night and Saturday morning. Pork- sausage/chops beef- ground/sausage/summer sausage(1/2 & !/2 pork & beef) free-range whole chicken free-range eggs zucchini basil tomatillos mushrooms- white/cremini/portobello sweet corn eggplant cantaloupe water melon beans peaches cucumbers potatoes- minis/ bakers/red/white/blue Russian/ fingerling peppers- green/purple rhubarb tomatoes- roam/heirloom (heritage variety) fresh homemade bread tortillas- corn/flour tortilla chips- Mexican spice/salted/cinnamon sugar ***please note that ALL produce except for mushrooms and tortilla products are OURS. How-ever, the tortillas are produced locally(in Aylmer) and the mushroom farm is on Rodgers Road (Aylmer)***
